How to send Google Forms with prefilled answers?

Formprefill automatically generates an email based on the email template that you have set up. You can edit this message before sending it your customer.


How to personalize the message ?


  • Open your form in Google Forms

  • Click on the addon icon

  • Click Formfacade - Prefill & email

  • Click Create prefill links

  • Click Proceed

  • Share page will open in a new tab

  • Click on row to view the prefill details

  • Prefill details will be displayed

  • Click on the Send email icon

  • Subject and message will be automatically generated based on the template

  • Edit the subject, message for this customers

  • Click Send
