You can select the list of customers and then send bulk emails to them with the prefilled link.


How to send bulk emails with prefilled links?


  • Open your form in Google Forms

  • Click on the addon icon

  • Click Formfacade - Prefill & email

  • Click Create prefill links

  • Click Proceed

  • Share page will open in a new tab

  • List of prefill links will be displayed

  • Click on the checkbox to select all customers or select a specific set of customers

  • Click on the Send email icon

  • Send bulk email confirmation popup will be displayed

  • Click Proceed to send the emails to the selected customers
