How to view form submissions with signatures?

You can view the form submissions in the Formesign Responses page, Google Forms and Google Sheets.

View submissions in Google Forms

Open your form in Google Forms
Click Responses
Click Individual
Click on <, > to navigate between responses

Note: The link to the signature will be recorded as a response for the E-signature field in Google Forms.

View submissions in Google Sheets

Open your form in Google Forms
Click Responses
Click spreadsheet icon
Select response destination screen will be displayed
Select Create a new spreadsheet
Click Create

Note: When the responses are synced to Google Sheets, all the fields in the form are included as columns and each row is a response.

View submissions in Responses page

Open your form in Google Forms
Click on the addon icon
Click Formesign
Click More options
Sidebar widet will be displayed
Click Customize
Formesign Edit page will open in a new tab
Click Responses
Click on response to view the details

Note: You can print individual responses with signatures by clicking on the three dots more icon.
